]]>Thank you so much to Bob Vickery for taking us out on his sailboat, the Collaboration2, last week. What a gorgeous day for sailing and photography! Captain Bob put the crew to work as Aaron and my dad hoisted the mainsail, Staci and Kim manned the helm, Dan dropped the skirt (and got boomed!) and I captured the moments as the crew photographer. Also with was Bob’s friend Laura, and his friend Roland. They also enjoyed acting as helmsman and Laura put her skills to use as she made a few repairs around the ship. Couldn’t have asked for a better time! And boy, did I need that! Sailing on the Lake is alot like experiencing an extended Savasana in yoga. Nothing but bliss and being!

Good luck to Bob and his crew as they sail to Mackinac Island this weekend. Here’s to clear skies and good winds. Can’t wait to hear how you do!
